Your satisfaction with our coffee is our top priority. Our product is handcrafted and shipped directly to you. Should you find our product to be defective or damaged beyond use in shipping, we will refund or replace that product based on your preference.
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us via the CONTACT US page. Reference your order number in the e-mail and we will contact you with return/refund information. Coffee will only be accepted for return if shipped within 14 days of ship date.
We will ask for any remaining coffee to be shipped to us for quality assurance testing so that we can refine our processes. We will cover the cost of shipping for the return. Upon receipt of the remaining unused product, your refund will be applied to the original method of purchase.
If you request a refund for your coffee instead of a replacement, you will be refunded the full purchase amount minus shipping costs.
Merchandise (cups, mugs, hats, shirts, etc.) items may be returned 30 days after receipt of the item. Returned merchandise will receive a replacement or store credit.
If the incorrect item was shipped, you can ship back to us for an exchange. The product should be unopened and unused, and must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation providing proof of purchase from Deepwater Coffee Company. We will exchange for the proper product at no cost to you.
A tracking number will be provided for all shipped items. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in shipping if the tracking number shows delivery to the address provided.
